Quick answers before you write

Orders are packed in 1 to 3 business days, and delivery takes 5 to 12 business days from shipping, with tracking sent by email. If you ordered 3 devices, they may come in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

Track your order

Email us your order number within 60 days of delivery; no need to send the device back. The refund lands on your original payment method in 5 to 10 business days, and the e-book stays yours.
