These terms cover myneuropulsemen.com and everything you buy from it.

NeuroPulse is operated by JJB Scaling LLC. When these terms say “we”, “us” or “NeuroPulse”, they mean JJB Scaling LLC. “You” means anyone who browses the site or places an order.

You must be 18 or older to place an order.

By using the site or ordering, you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, please don’t place an order.

These terms work together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Each one covers its own subject in full.

Orders and prices

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Any sales tax is calculated at checkout from your delivery address, so the final amount you see there is exactly what you’re charged.

Payment runs through Shopify’s secure checkout, with major cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your full card number never reaches us, and we don’t keep it.

Every order is a one-time charge. There is no subscription, and nothing renews by itself.

Sale prices and bundles

Sale prices and bundle deals last only as long as the promotion does. You’re charged the price showing at checkout when you complete payment.

We deliver within the United States only, and every order ships free. Delivery times and tracking are in the Shipping Policy.

When we accept your order

Checking out sends us a request to buy. It becomes a confirmed sale when we email you the tracking number.

Orders we may decline

Before an order ships, we may turn it down or cancel it. That can happen if the payment can’t be verified, the address is outside the United States, or something about the order suggests fraud.

Any money already taken comes back to you in full.

Pricing mistakes

We work to keep every price and product detail correct, but mistakes happen. If a price on the site is plainly an error, we may cancel any order placed at it and return the full amount.

Quantity limits

NeuroPulse is sold for personal use, not for resale. We may limit how many devices go to one person, household or address.

Changes and cancellations

Need to fix the address or cancel? Email us in the first 12 hours after you order. After that, it may already be packed and on its way.

What NeuroPulse is, and isn’t

The NeuroPulse® Pelvic Therapy Device is a wellness device for training the pelvic-floor muscles. It’s used sitting down, in your normal clothes, and it guides the routine for you.

It is not a medicine or a diagnosis, and it doesn’t take the place of your doctor. If a doctor prescribed you something for ED, keep following that advice. NeuroPulse doesn’t ask you to change it.

ED can have more than one cause, and some of them need a doctor’s eyes. If you have pelvic pain, muscle spasms or a health condition you’re unsure about, talk to your doctor before you start.

Results build with regular use and vary from man to man. We don’t promise a result by a set date, which is part of why every order carries a 60‑day guarantee.

You have 60 days from delivery to ask for a refund. It covers the whole order, the 3‑device bundle included, and you don’t need to send anything back.

1‑year warranty

Every device is covered for 1 year from delivery. If it develops a fault, show us the problem with a photo or short video and we’ll ship a replacement device free of charge.

The warranty doesn’t cover misuse or normal wear.

Damaged or wrong on arrival

If the parcel shows up damaged, or with the wrong item inside, send us photos and we’ll ship the right one at no cost.

Time limits and the step by step are in the Refund Policy, and that policy governs. Nothing in these terms takes away a right you have under consumer law.

Your account and details

Please use your real name, email and delivery address. Once a parcel is moving, a typo in the address is hard for anyone to fix, so look over your confirmation email when it lands.

An account is optional. If you set one up, keep your login private. You’re responsible for what happens under it.

Using this site

You’re welcome to read the site, share links to it and buy from it.

Please don’t use it for anything unlawful. Don’t post or send anything abusive, misleading or that infringes someone else’s rights, and don’t try to break its security, copy it at scale or overload it.

We may restrict access to parts of the site, or to all of it, and cancel orders placed while breaking these rules.

We work to keep the site accurate and online, but pages can go down and typos slip through, so we can’t guarantee it is always error-free or reachable. Colors and details in photos can look slightly different on your screen.

What belongs to us

The NeuroPulse name and logo, the text, photos, videos, graphics and code on this site, and the Kegel Biohacking for Men e‑book belong to us or to those who license them to us.

You may not copy, sell or use them commercially without our written permission. The e‑book is for your own use, so please don’t resell it or post it online.

Viagra and Cialis are trademarks of their owners. We name them only to explain where NeuroPulse fits. Their owners have no connection to NeuroPulse and don’t endorse it.

Reviews you send us

Reviews, photos and videos you send us remain your property. Sending one gives us permission to feature it on our site and ads, credited with your first name and last initial.

If you’d like it removed, tell us and it comes down.

Keep it honest and about your own experience. We may decline anything abusive, or anything that shares another person’s private details.

Third-party services

This store relies on outside companies for part of the work: Shopify for the store and checkout, the payment providers, the carriers that deliver your order, and the apps that run parts of our product page. Their own terms cover their part of the job.

Links to other websites are there for convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for what they publish.

Limits of our liability

We stand behind the device, the guarantee and the warranty described above. Beyond that, the site and its content are provided as they are.

As far as the law permits, the most we owe you on any claim about an order is the amount paid for it, and we don’t cover indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing here limits any liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

We may revise these terms from time to time, and the “Last updated” date above shows when.

Each order is governed by the version posted on the day it was placed.
