Who we are
NeuroPulse, operated by JJB Scaling LLC (“NeuroPulse”, “we”, “us” or “our”), runs this store and website at myneuropulsemen.com, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”).

- Device information, including your device, browser or network connection, your IP address and other unique identifiers.

Where it comes from
We may collect personal information from the following sources:
- Directly from you, including when you create an account, visit or use the Services, communicate with us, or otherwise provide us with your personal information.
- Automatically through the Services, including from your device when you use our products or services or visit our website, and through cookies and similar technologies.
- From our service providers, including when we engage them to enable certain technology and when they collect or process your personal information on our behalf.

How we use it
Depending on how you interact with us or which of the Services you use, we may use personal information for the following purposes:
- Provide, tailor and improve the Services. To perform our contract with you, process your payments, fulfill and ship your orders, remember your preferences and what you added to your cart, send notifications about your account or order, process refunds, replacements and cancellations, create and manage your account, and enable you to post reviews. This includes using your personal information to tailor and improve the Services.
- Marketing and advertising. To send marketing and promotional communications by email, and to show you online advertisements on the Services or other websites, including based on items you purchased or added to your cart and other activity on the Services.
- Security and fraud prevention. To authenticate your account, provide a secure payment and shopping experience, detect, investigate or act on possible fraudulent, illegal, unsafe or malicious activity, protect public safety, and secure our Services. If you register an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe, and we recommend you don’t share them with anyone.
- Communicating with you. To provide customer support, respond to you, provide effective services and maintain our business relationship with you.
- Legal reasons. To comply with applicable law or respond to valid legal process, including requests from law enforcement or government agencies, to investigate or participate in civil discovery, potential or actual litigation or other adversarial legal proceedings, and to enforce or investigate potential violations of our terms or policies.
Who we share it with
In certain circumstances, we may disclose your personal information to third parties for legitimate purposes subject to this Privacy Policy. These may include:
- Shopify, vendors and other third parties who perform services on our behalf, such as IT management, payment processing, data analytics, customer support, cloud storage, fulfillment and shipping.
- Business and marketing partners, to provide marketing services and advertise to you. For example, we use Shopify to support personalized advertising with third-party services based on your online activity with different merchants and websites. Our business and marketing partners use your information in line with their own privacy notices. See Your privacy choices for how to opt out.
- When you direct, request or consent to our disclosure of certain information to third parties, such as to ship you products or through your use of social media widgets or login integrations.
- Our affiliates, or otherwise within our corporate group.
- In connection with a business transaction such as a merger or bankruptcy, to comply with applicable legal obligations (including responding to subpoenas, search warrants and similar requests), to enforce applicable terms of service or policies, and to protect or defend the Services, our rights, and the rights of our users or others.
Shopify and our store
The Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services for you. Information you submit to the Services will be transmitted to and shared with Shopify, as well as third parties that may be located in countries other than where you reside, in order to provide and improve the Services for you.
To help protect, grow and improve our business, we use certain Shopify enhanced features that incorporate data and information obtained from your interactions with our store, along with other merchants and with Shopify. To provide these features, Shopify may use personal information collected about your interactions with our store, along with other merchants and with Shopify. In these circumstances, Shopify is responsible for processing your personal information, including responding to your requests to exercise your rights over its use for these purposes.
To learn more about how Shopify uses your personal information and any rights you may have, visit the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy. Depending on where you live, you may exercise certain rights with respect to that information through the Shopify Privacy Portal.
Cookies and tracking
Like most online stores, we use cookies and similar technologies. A cookie is a small file your browser saves so a site can remember you from one page, or one visit, to the next.
- Essential cookies keep the cart and checkout working and help protect the store against fraud. The site can’t run without them.
- Analytics cookies count visits and show us how people move through the site, so we can fix what is confusing.
- Preference cookies remember your settings between visits.
- Advertising cookies, set by us and our advertising partners, measure how our ads perform and show you relevant ads on other sites. You can opt out on our Your Privacy Choices page.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. If you block essential cookies, the cart and checkout may stop working properly.
Third parties that set cookies through our store are responsible for their own cookie and privacy policies. For the cookies Shopify uses, see Shopify’s cookie policy.
Your privacy choices
Opting out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information, or of its processing for “targeted advertising”, as those terms are defined in applicable privacy laws. You can exercise this right on our Your Privacy Choices page.
Global Privacy Control. If you visit our website with the Global Privacy Control opt-out preference signal enabled, depending on where you are, we will automatically treat it as a request to opt out for the device and browser you use. If we can associate the device sending the signal with a Shopify account, we will apply the opt-out to that account as well. Learn more at globalprivacycontrol.org. Other than Global Privacy Control, we do not recognize other “Do Not Track” signals your browser or device may send.
Marketing emails. You can opt out of our promotional emails at any time with the unsubscribe link in any of them. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as those about your account or your orders.
Your rights
Rights you may have in the United States and elsewhere
Depending on where you live, including in many US states, you may have some or all of the rights below. These rights are not absolute, may apply only in certain circumstances, and in some cases we may decline your request as permitted by law.
- Right to access or know. You may have a right to request access to the personal information we hold about you.
- Right to delete. You may have a right to ask us to delete personal information we maintain about you.
- Right to correct. You may have a right to ask us to correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Right of portability. You may have a right to receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to ask us to transfer it to a third party, in certain circumstances and with certain exceptions.
- Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, or of targeted advertising, as described in Your privacy choices.
Additional rights in the UK and the EEA
If you reside in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, and subject to exceptions and limitations provided by local law, you may also have:
- Objection to processing and restriction of processing. The right to ask us to stop or restrict our processing of personal information for certain purposes.
- Withdrawal of consent. Where we rely on consent to process your personal information, the right to withdraw it. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing based on your consent before its withdrawal.
How to make a request
Email support@neuropulsemen.com, or use the options indicated on the Services. For data processed by Shopify, you can also visit the Shopify Privacy Portal.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. We may need to verify your identity before we can process your request, as permitted or required by law.
You may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf. Before accepting a request from an agent, we will require proof that you authorized them, and we may need you to verify your identity directly with us. We will respond to your request in a timely manner, as required by applicable law.
Complaints and appeals
If you have a complaint about how we process your personal information, contact us at the email above. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to appeal our decision by contacting us the same way, or to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. For the EEA, you can find a list of the responsible supervisory authorities here.
Third-party links
The Services may link to websites or other online platforms operated by third parties. If you follow a link to a site we don’t own or control, review its privacy and security policies and other terms. We are not responsible for the privacy or security of those sites, or for the accuracy, completeness or reliability of the information on them.
Information you share in public or semi-public places, including third-party social networks, may be visible to other users of the Services and of those platforms, with no limit on how they use it. A link does not, by itself, mean we endorse the platform or its owners.
Children’s data
The Services are not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information about children under the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are the parent or guardian of a child who has given us personal information, contact us at the email below to ask for it to be deleted.
As of the “Last updated” date of this Privacy Policy, we have no actual knowledge that we “share” or “sell” (as those terms are defined in applicable law) personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.
Security and retention
No security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee “perfect security”. Information you send us may not be secure while in transit, so we recommend that you don’t use unsecure channels to send us sensitive or confidential information.
How long we keep your personal information depends on factors such as whether we need it to maintain your account, provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce other applicable contracts and policies.
International transfers
We may transfer, store and process your personal information outside the country you live in.
If we transfer your personal information out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we will rely on recognized transfer mechanisms, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or any equivalent contracts issued by the relevant UK authority, unless the transfer is to a country that has been found to provide an adequate level of protection.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised policy on this page, update the “Last updated” date and give notice as required by applicable law.
